Demographics Demographics Brandon experienced an increase of 145% in homeless adults (from 18 to 44 people) by 2nd wave.
Services Services Brandon saw a significant increase of 113% in service transactions (from 103 to 219) in 2nd wave.
Vulnerability Vulnerability Index (VI) Index (VI) The number of High VI individuals increased in the 1st wave, then doubled in the 2nd wave. Service demand grows exponentially with high VI.
