7. Merge/Replace Version With Excellent One Question: I have an extremely good source of one major branch of the family tree. What I want to do is replace my version (or merge) with the excellent one. I would prefer to do it as automatically as possible. The question is how to do this as simply and as accurately as possible? Answer: There have been some good discussions on TMG-L over the past couple of decades. This brings up several email trails from various people who asked about doing things similar to what you want to do.
