  4. Survey Findings Challenges facing Fox: Finances Cohesive and aligned stakeholder direction (BOE, superintendent, staff, parents, students) Superintendent turnover Facilities

Please select the four (4) qualifications or experiences you believe are the most important in selecting Fox s next superintendent: (select up to four) Has been visible & accessible to students, staff, & a school community. 15% Has built strong relationships between a school and a community. 14% Has led significant improvement in student achievement. 11% Has demonstrated leadership in curriculum and instruction. 11%

In assessing the effectiveness of the next Fox superintendent, I consider the following three (3) statements as most important among the ten statements provided: The superintendent communicates the District's vision & strategies and helps others to better understand how they contribute to the achievement of District goals The superintendent is an outstanding communicator, skilled at both listening and messaging 16% The superintendent demonstrates a strong leadership presence in providing curricular and instructional leadership 12% The superintendent inspires followership and builds a strong team 11% 11%
