  2. Angkor Wat Angor Wat is located in Cambodia. It is surrounded by jungle and, in some cases, overgrown with huge trees and roots, the ancient structures of the Angkor complex may look like a movie set to some visitors.

  3. Petra, Jordan Petra which is in Jordan wad first built over 2,000 years ago and lost to the outside world for 600 years, the city w a s only discovered in1 8 1 2 . Petra has stunning buildings that are carved directly into the red rock walls and are wonderfully preserved, just begging to be explored and photographed.

  4. Grand Canyon The greatest natural attraction in the United States, the Grand Canyon is a k ey sight for all travelers planning their lifetime of adventures. Standing on the rim of the Grand Canyon, looking out over the carved landscape, will awak en your senses. Another amazing thing is that it looks different throughout the day and at different times of the year .

J u s t over an hour from the city of Toronto, Niagara Falls is easy to get to, and the town is a fun place tospend a night ortwo. Walk up to the edge of the falls, stroll along the paved w alk lining the gorge for different views, or tak e a boat tour for a close-up look at the water pouring over the lip of the gorge above you. For a bird's-eye view , head up the Skylon T ower to look out over thefalls. At night, see the falls lit in different colors. If you're visiting in winter , wa tc h the huge plume of mist rising into the s ky above thefalls.

SHEIKH ZAYED GRAND MOSQUE ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES As well as the stunning courtyard, which features the largest marble mosaic in the world at 180,000 square feet, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque boasts four 350-ft tall minarets, which can be seen across the Abu Dhabi skyline and from each of the bridges joining Abu Dhabi to the mainland. The impressive mosque is one of a f ew that is open to tourists in theregion. Another stunning information about Sheikh Zayed is the fact that it took 10 years to build, with construction starting in 1996 and not finishing till 2006.
