Topic: Family Description by Age Skill: Word Choice/Description Describe each of your family members, but limit the number of words in each description to the age of each person. For example, your 71- year-old mother must be described in 71 words, your 43-year-old sister must be described in 43 words, and your 12-year-old cousin must be described in 12 words.
Topic: Breakfast Love Story Skill: Tone/Voice What did you eat for breakfast? Write an a love poem ABOUT your breakfast OR a love letter TO your breakfast.
