Strategic Military Effects/Outcomes Objective 1: Education and training on all levels (POL to TACT) are in place and available based on SACEUR s requirements Objective 3: Effective training, coordination, planning and execution with all possible partners Objective 2: Fully joint approach, including interaction between NATO disciplines, is in place Action/Effect 1: 1. Validation/certification iot meet the NATO requirements RA/DH 2. Certification/Evaluation or CREVAL process ACO FS Vol VII Nation/1-up/J7 3. Coordination between different levels required (vertical alignment) ACO 4. Collective Academics/briefings and KLT are in place ACO/ACT 5. If able, spt Nations requests to meet NATO requirements Action/Effect 2: 1. Enhance awareness on all HQ s/units/assets COS/DCOS/ACOS 2. Coordinate and assure quality DH 3. Maintain information management by sharing and exchanging information (vert + hor) 4. Reach back functionality in place pan HQ/all functions Action/Effect 3: 1. Establish and maintain ETEE Liaisonmatrix (incl KLE) 2. Coordinate/interact/plan with white/grey cell partners; if possible share training activities both ways J7/J9 3. Increase effectiveness of an operation by using the Functional Specialists within the Comprehensive Approach concept. pan HQ/ J9 to coordinate J9 IM PreCondition: HQ tasks on engagement and KLE are in place DH 14 September 2024 5
