  4. SOME/ANY/NO We use SOME in affirmative senteces. For an apple pie we need some apples. We use ANY in negative sentences and questions There weren t any apples they could use. Is there any ham in the hamburger? We use NO in negative senteces with a positive rule A veggie burger has no meat.

  5. Practice To practice the use of some/any/no, do the task J, page 107. Choose some, any or no.

  6. Countable and uncountable nouns https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SbJ1B1MTQg Watch the video to see which nouns are countable/uncountable. How many....? - used for countable nouns How much...? used for uncountable nouns How many apples do you have? How much butter do you need?

  7. Practice Do the task K in your book. Decide if nouns are countable or uncountable. Do the task L. Choose the correct option.
