  10. Step 1: Discover what you have User studies and focus groups Inventory libguides and delete low hanging fruit Inventory existing videos, tutorials, etc Recruit all content creators to share their materials/methods

  11. Step 2: Find low effort, small changes that quickly benefit everyone Standardize URLs, tab nomenclature, guide layout, tags Adapt videos that could be used in a variety of contexts Create a shared branded youtube channel & single libguide hub for sharable content containers Create a working model/product, then use that model everywhere Build in accessibility as a selling point Create a shared information literacy data bank Library DIY

  14. Identify Opportunities: What information literacy skills are most often requested/needed? What degree programs or area disciplines complement each other? What tools already exist (inventory)? How can they be applied to other contexts? What can we reshape existing materials for better tracking/updating? What information can be introduced at a low level for all? How does that need to be augmented for advanced program?

  15. Centralize and standardize Libguides (and many web development softwares) have built in inventories and content box type organizations. What exists in your systems? How can existing content be seeded within your instruction objects? How do you update them and how can you share/push those updates? How do you track their use? Dynamically map instead of linking where possible. What skills does your staff have that can complement each other?
