Level 1 Services On-site Consultation Services On-site consultation services to center-based programs and family care homes. Begin with an onsite assessment and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP). Individualized services to include mentoring, targeted training, resources and materials related to QIP. Level 1 2015-2016 At A Glance 151 child care programs 261 classrooms 576 quality improvement goals achieved Over 3,600 infants and toddlers were cared for in programs that received on- site services.
