Introduction

Low-code is a way for developers of all skill levels to design applications quickly and with minimum
hand-coding by dragging and dropping visual blocks of existing code into a workflow to create
applications

Among hundreds of low code platform, Microsoft PowerApps is a low code, high productivity
application which includes several services like SharePoint, Dynamic 365, SQL Server etc from where
business data can be easily accessed on the go through a web interface or a mobile app by users
inside and external to an organization.

The document illustrates a case study of an 'Employee Assessment Application' to show the

If an employee has already entered their evaluation before and wants to update the information, the screen automatically fetches the information from the database and shows it in the UI. Challenges: The previously entered information does not show up in the Power Apps default form mode. This screen makes the use of Form Control in Power Apps, and Edit mode of Forms.
