COVID COVID- -19 update 19 update As of 9/28/2020: Total confirmed COVID-19 cases on Gulf of Mexico (GOM) Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) facilities: 394 Last 14 days Number of confirmed COVID-19 cases on GOM OCS: 1 Last 14 days Number of GOM OSC workers with symptoms/quarantined: 8 Number of manned platforms & Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs) in GOM: 673 Number of unique GOM OCS facilities with COVID-19 cases: 67 Production locations: 47 Well Ops locations: 20 Percentage of GOM OCS facilities with COVID-19 cases: 9.96% of manned facilities Number of BSEE inspectors with COVID-19: 0 1 1

COVID COVID- -19 update 19 update BSEE changed some of our work practices to ensure we continued to achieve our mission of promoting safety, protecting the environment and conserving resources offshore. Expanded Telework Increased eRecords Inspections Added health screening and implemented multiple measures to protect BSEE personnel traveling to the OCS and while on OCS facilities. COVID-19-related Instructional Memorandum PPE Guidelines - appropriate types Training on proper use of PPE Developed work processes, including forms related to OCS travel, to ensure maximum safety of personnel 3 3
