Hseyin Ak Secondary School, located in the Kepez district of Antalya, has 1111 students (560 boys and 551 girls) with 55 teachers. The school offers seven lessons from 08:40 to 15:20, including classes in Turkish, Maths, Science, English, History, Religions, PE, Music, Art, Technology & Design, and Information Technologies. There are 28 classrooms and a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 13:00 pm. Additionally, the school is involved in 4 newly approved Erasmus+ Projects. Emate is one of the projects aiming to enhance multilingualism among teenage entrepreneurs, building on the success of the previous Emate 1 project.

  2. Hseyin Ak Secondary School is located in Kepez district of Antalya metropolitan city

  3. 1111 students (560 boys + 551 girls)

  4. 55 teachers

  5. We have seven lessons between 08:40 & 15:20

  6. There is a lunch break between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm.

  7. We have 28 classrooms

  8. We have Turkish, Maths, Science, English (Foreign Languages), History, Religions, PE, Music, Art, Technology & Design, Information Technologies courses.

  9. There are 4 newly approved Erasmus+ Projects in our school.

  10. 1-ENHANCING MULTILINGUALISM AMONG TEENAGE ENTREPRENEURS 2 EMATE 2 Emate 2 is a complementary project we carry out with Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Romania. Our motivation comes from the preceding project Emate 1, in which a mobile application was created and publicated on Google Play Store/Apple Store for free use of anyone.   11. 1-ENHANCING MULTILINGUALISM AMONG TEENAGE ENTREPRENEURS 2 EMATE 2 The Emate project cycle contributes to Multilingualism which is one of the cornerstones of the European Union in means of the promotion of language learning it aims and of the linguistic diversity it has.

  12. 2-EMPOWERING MATHEMATICS ACQUISITION THROUGH HANDY SOFTWARES EMATHS. We aim to make Maths authentic and easier to learn via using ICT, as a facilitator, and creating an App (e-learning tool) about basic mathematical subjects and having LTT activities on them, and on coding languages, which will be an amusing way for our students to engage with

  13. -EMPOWERING MATHEMATICS ACQUISITION THROUGH HANDY SOFTWARES EMATHS The App, E-Maths will be publicated on Google Play Store- Apple Store for free to serve as bridge between the school subjects and the real life situations. The partners are France,Turkey, Germany, Spain, Slovakia and Poland

  14. 3-TEACHERS & LEARNERS USING ICT TOOLS IN TEACHING & LEARNING SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE The project aims at developing the pedagogical and digital skills of the teaching staff from 4 partner schools from Romania (2), Turkey and the UK.

  15. -TEACHERS & LEARNERS USING ICT TOOLS IN TEACHING & LEARNING SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE The results we are expecting by the end of the project are: - increased number of digitalized lessons and educational activities delivered by 40 teachers by using ICT tools and educational resources (at least 40 lessons until the end of the project). - Better academic results of 200 pupils directly targeted by the project local activities

  16. 4-UNIQUE NOTES OF THE SAME SONG UNOTTS The 6 partner schools from Germany, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria, will cooperate in creating a unifying Song and compose it with different instruments of each partner's traditional music.

  17. -UNIQUE NOTES OF THE SAME SONG UNOTTS The students with fewer opportunuties and with educational difficulties, especially the ones with hard of hearing are the main target group of this project.They will taste of the real meaning of life thanks to the musical elements surrounding themin this project.
