Achievement of the goals is evaluated annually within the framework of the Assessment system. KAZAKHSTAN RANKED 35THIN 2017 AGAINST 59THIN 2011 IN DOING BUSINESS REPORT The core list of 82 indicators was formed to monitor the performance of the local authorities 3 times reduction in the share of investment projects due to initial design and estimate cost increase (6,5% in 2015 against 21,9% in 2012). Internal control units were created in every state body with focus on preventive measure
