  2. PFMS is an end-to-end solution for processing payments, tracking of funds, accounting, and reporting. It is a unified platform for releases, monitoring and last mile utilization of funds.

  4. EAT means Expenditure, Advance & Transfer. Expenditure and Advance to Vendors. Transfer to Agencies. This module facilitate the expenditure filing out of GIA released by both Centre and States. The funds used by the lower level agency will automatically reflected as expenditure in the books of Parent Agency.
