14. Recognition/Visibility The TSO role shall be recognised by the safety office, the supervisor and the hierarchy: MERIT, allocate time, clarify budget policy, responsibility at the right level.. The TSO role shall be given increased visibility. A communication plan is under development highlighting the role of the TSO. Targets: occupants, CERN community via different means of communication.
