The Health Education England (HEE) Digital Readiness programme has introduced a workforce digital skills self-assessment diagnostic tool in collaboration with the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Team. This tool allows staff in Primary Care, including Optometry, Dentistry, and Pharmacy, to evaluate their digital literacy levels, identify learning needs, and access free training resources for upskilling. Local Digital Champions are spearheading this initiative to ensure inclusivity and support both clinical and non-clinical staff in improving their digital competencies.
