  1. Rounder's/Cricket Lesson 5- Running for Runs At Home Fitness Task Speed and Agility Speed and Agility Complete the Illinois Test in your garden: 1. Cones are set out in a 5m x 10m lay out like the diagram. 2. The individual must start on their fronts and on the whilst they run around the cones 3. The lower the time score the better your agility is Attempt this Speed/Agility video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7eyNh8_MGF4 (Type in the address or scan the QR code with your phone via a free app) OR OR Complete Week 5 of the 10 Week Fitness Circuit and record your scores as you go!

  2. Research Task Task Describe how a batsman scores .. Getting runs on the board Cricket is all about scoring runs. Have a look at the picture. It is a Batsman's wagon wheel. This shows how many times the batsman scores a specific amount of runs. 1 Run (also known as a single). 2 or 3 runs 4 Runs 6 Runs

  3. 10 Week Circuit Challenge After a 5 minute on the spot warm up, complete the following circuit and record your results each week. 1- Press Ups 2- Squats 3- Sit Ups 4- Leg raises 5- High Knees 6- Star Jumps Complete the 6 activities for 1 minute each and record you score. Try to have no rest in beteen! Complete the circuit 3 times with a 2 minute rest in between each circuit. Don t forget to record your scores and stay hydrated!
