Cape Cod Commission will collect information on existing resources from County agencies. 3. APCC will conduct survey of municipal stormwater managers to determine existing resources and needs: Develop survey from existing examples and input from Stormwater Group. Add questions if needed for Cape issues (e.g., 208 Plan linkage to MS4). Send survey to Stormwater Group and others by 11/8/17; Collect responses by mid-November. Conduct interviews if needed. 4. Prepare Responses document by 12/22/17 (Commission, APCC).

Choose an existing survey: Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (completed survey) Massachusetts Statewide Stormwater Collaborative (draft survey); 2. Add questions if needed to address Cape Cod conditions and needs: 208 Water Quality Plan? Shellfish and aquaculture? Others? 3. Send your survey preference and suggestions to Jo Ann Muramoto (jmuramoto@apcc.org ) by COB Tuesday 11/6/17.

Project Benefits Increased knowledge of sw infrastructure, relevant to MS4 mapping requirements and long- and short-term capital infrastructure planning Population of attributes (e.g. asset location, condition) Data validation for regional planimetric dataset Development of SOP that may be replicated in other towns
