Detailed overview of the ESInets Lessons Learned Project submitted by Alicia Burns on May 5, 2016. The project aims to interview ESInet Deployment early adopters to gather information on best practices, challenges, and lessons learned. The process involves hosting a 6-week series of conference calls with guest speakers from different deployment situations to address common questions related to cybersecurity, architecture, funding, and more. The collected information will be shared with TFOPA members to assist in the development of NG911 Ready scorecards.
