LPN Rubric Process We reviewed the LPN job description Then we reviewed the Paraprofessional rubric and the Nurse rubric We then used aligned language from the Paraprofessional Rubric as a beginning draft that would be aligned to the role of the LPN and differentiate from the Nurse rubric
