2. OPS and FTS Quick survey: How many of you are familiar with the YHRP? How many of you are familiar with OPS? How many of you are familiar with FTS? How many reported funding to FTS?

Reasons for move away from OPS Process is overly burdensome and no integrated projects Benefit to partners and resource mobilization appears to be minimal Not a good source of visibility (as originally intended) Illogical: Most organizations who uploaded projects last year had already received funding for those projects

5. Process in 2015 New approaches to visibility and resource mobilization for unfunded projects, especially with national NGOs Improved 3W process Major focus on financial reporting

Visibility and resource mobilization Benefit of OPS was that it required every project to go through a cluster approval process positive signal to donors The ICCM will examine several proposals to maintain this aspect for unfunded projects, especially for national NGOs. Online catalogue of unfunded projects Organization of donor events with in-country donors to present unfunded projects Final proposal to be endorsed at end of February if you have ideas, share them through the cluster

7. Improvements in 3W process Who is familiar with the 3W (or SRF)? If funding is available, OCHA will roll out a new simplified 3W process that will capture much of the information that was previously in OPS (cluster approval, gender marker, location, etc.).

8. Financial Tracking Service Any project that receives funding for an activity in the YHRP should report this funding to the Financial Tracking Service (FTS)
