2. Project Purpose The purpose of this project is to resurface approximately 13 miles of roadways, resurface/repair existing asphalt paths and pave a new path along Old Kings Road and the FP&L easement.

3. PROJECT CONTRACTOR Halifax Paving, Inc. is the proposed contractor based on their low-bid submission Halifax Paving, Inc. has performed numerous projects within the City of Palm Coast including: 2016 Street Resurfacing Pine Lakes Pkwy (North) Path Belle Terre Pkwy North Widening

4. Street Resurfacing List Number of Street Being Resurfaced 38 Street Resurfacing Mileage 13.35

5. Trail Resurfacing and Rehabilitation FP&L Asphalt Path New 10 Asphalt Path Along Existing FP&L path

6. Trail Resurfacing and Rehabilitation Old Kings Road Trail New 8 Asphalt Path Connects existing sidewalk to new FP&L path

7. Trail Resurfacing and Rehabilitation St. Joe Walkway Resurfacing

8. Trail Resurfacing and Rehabilitation Pine Lake Path Path Repair

9. BUDGET Current Budget Includes: $1,550,000.00 for Street Resurfacing $125,000.00 for Path/Trails

10. COUNCIL ACTION Approve Work Order in the Amount of $1,675,000.00 for Street Resurfacing, construction of a new path and path resurfacing/repair
