  18. Maintenance MTT in TMS must be completed every year. VA Help Desk Ext 6901 (800) 863-9279 Passwords expire > 90 days If > 1 year, needs Service Chief approval. Upgrade information and PGY level in VISTA. CPRS Refresher Training available (must reactivate expired accounts before arrival).
