  5. Learning Component - 1 1 CLASSROOM TRAINING PROGRAMS BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY: Participants will undergo the classroom training relating to the following topics. Learning Component - 3 2 OPSYNC BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY: OPSYNC is an engaging one-day simulation that helps participants make better operational decisions in order to deliver on their metrics. It helps participants understand fundamental operational principles that underpin all service operations. Such understanding helps improve their confidence in running day-to-day operations. The program is designed to provide a simulating environment that fosters deep learning. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: 1. Step 1: Learn about core operations principles 2. Step 2: The balancing act 3. Step 3: Sensitivity Analysis 4. Step 4: Run the Simulation 5. Step 5: Analyze and Present

Learning Component - 2 3 SOCIAL COLLABORATION BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY: Company Social Collaboration is designed to encourage collaboration and information-sharing among the participants with the help of a social media platform. The main activities under Social Collaboration are: WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: 1. Viewpoint is an online discussion activity. Two case-studies are uploaded to Social Media Platform in the Months 1 and 4 and the participants are required to share their points of view to join the discussion. 2. Captivate is an activity where participants are encouraged to share their experiences in dealing with real-time people development challenges at workplace. Captivate will be posted in the months 2 and 5 3. Drive requires participants to initiate a discussion on Social Media Platform and moderate the same. The activity is scheduled for month 3 4. Endure: In Endure, participants are encouraged to create a collage (in month 6) that is a representation of their learning from the HighPotential Program.

  8. Learning Component - 4 4 HEADWAY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY: HEADWAY is a group activity, where participants work on real-time operations projects. There are four steps in HEADWAY and they are: WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: Step 1: Participants upload a Project Charter (with the sign off from Sponsor) to SharePoint with the details of the projects they have identified to work on. The projects need to interconnect be based on one ore more of the following themes - Analytics, Technology, Industry, Innovation and Social Step 2: Participants work on the identified area Step 3: Participants submit the completed projects to sponsors for evaluation and sign off Step 4: Participants upload the Project PPT and the Evaluation Template

  9. Learning Component - 5 5 CSR BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY: CSR is a Corporate Social Responsibility activity where participants spend time with an NGO to share and exchange learning. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE? Each group would be assigned with tasks to be performed at the NGO location. This would be a one time activity. During their visits, the participants (in groups) will be encouraged to conduct a 4 hour engagement activity with the members of the NGO. Each group would be assessed by the leadership team on the completion of the tasks assigned to them. Participation and experience sharing would also be the basic requirements to get the scoring.

Schedule and Activity Guide The HighPotential schedule and the Activity Guide for the month will be displayed on the visual dashboard 1. Peer Profile In order to ensure that the participants engage with the online visual dashboard effectively, the profiles of other HighPotential participants will be featured on the homepage. This will improve the networking skills among the participants. 1. Quiz Five short, objective type questions based on the module for the month will be released to the participants. Participants can earn Credit Points for answering them correctly. 1. Assignment An assignment based on the respective month s training module will be released to the participants. Participants can earn Credit Points for completing the assignment. 2. Peer Profile In order to ensure that the participants engage with the online visual dashboard effectively, the profiles of other HighPotential participants will be featured on the homepage. This will improve the networking skills among the participants. 2. Next Gen Program Enhancements The Scores for HighPotential Next Gen will be tracked using Gamification Participants will be able to earn badges commensurate to their engagement in the program HighPotential Next Gen will use analytics to gain insights from the participants engagement Duration of the program will be seven months Participants can unlock new content based on performance in the program The Score Dashboard will be made available across multiple platforms such as desktop, tablets and mobile Tag other participants (up to 3) for a friendly challenge

  17. HighPotential Top Benefits Integrated Gamified Platform: A gamified platform will enhance the overall engagement levels of the participants. Use of Technology: Using technology platforms such as mobile apps will bring in scalability to the program. It also helps participants to keep up-to-date with the program developments Multiple Learning Components: Focuses on overall development of the top talent by leveraging multiple learning components. Each learning component is designed to improve the knowledge, skill and attitude of the top performers at a professional and personal level. Added Features: Several new features have been added to the Next Gen, including Content Unlock, Challenges and Race Tag. Content Unlock lets the participants access privileged content (Coursera, Udemy, EDX), and Challenges lets participants take up specific tasks related to the classroom training to further improve their learning and Points. Participants also can engage in a friendly challenge with their colleagues in Race Tag.

  18. OnTracs Role OnTrac would be at the helm of the entire back-end engine of Next Gen. This means OnTrac would coordinate and manage every participant s learning journey through their projects at an individual level. OnTrac would design and build the Online Dashboard for Next Gen including the mobile apps OnTrac would conduct all the training programs OnTrac Top Talent Consultants would provide the participants with immediate and relevant support throughout the Program OnTrac would publish a periodic dashboard that will highlight the progress achieved OnTrac would moderate and add to the discussion that take place on social media platforms
