A 12 MONTH NEAT BASIC PLAN is provided to guide your progress & timeframe THE NEAT SUPPORTING RESOURCES certainly speed up the process. It is important to understand that once you have completed it initially ------ YOU MAY NOT NEED TO DO ANOTHER INDEPTH TEAM REVIEW FOR 2 TO 3 YEARS. In subsequent internal evaluations you may refer back to your initial documentation and WORK ONLY ON SPECIFIC FOCUS AREAS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO YOUR TEAM. ONLY SMALL TWEEKS TO DOLC PART 1 may be necessary for a time while you slowly and steadily improve in agreed areas. IF THERE ARE MAJOR CHANGES to your local community, ECE setting, or staffing it would be wise to revisit your TEAM REVIEWS.

  15. DOLC PART 2 GOAL SETTING DECIDE OUR LEARNING PRIORITIES and PLAN OUR RESPONSE This section includes: The NEAT FORMAL DOCUMENTION that is required by the SERVICE to demonstrate planned quality improvement for the SERVICE itself -- and for each Individual Teacher. TEAMS collaborate and plan our response from DOLC PART 1 in terms of determining what quality improvements will best support valued learning outcomes for children in their chosen Inquiry question. TEAMS determine what Professional Learning is required for Teachers to encourage positive shifts in teaching practice to empower changes in both teaching and learning throughout the SERVICE. Individual Teachers set personal goals that link to the main SERVICE / ROOM Goals thus working toward SERVICE goals and Personal goals at the same time.
