Reading Comprehension Reading Comprehension When doing a reading comprehension question, always read the text twice. First read the whole passage to get the main idea. What are the main themes What is the main point What is the author s intention in writing this passage Second time, read the passage with the main themes in mind to get the details It is easier to understand the details when you know the point of the passage You do not need to understand all the words Once you know the main theme, and most of the details, you can choose the BEST answer
