  3. INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE THEME Equity in the Hiring Process and Compensation Increase the numbers of female and minority faculty in the sciences to reflect the percentages of the population in general and increase salary compensation to match that of white male colleagues of similar rank.

  4. GOAL 1: Increase gender and minority diversity at the faculty and administrative levels. Completed activity: Changed boilerplate to better reflect ecumenical nature of University Compared with peer religious institutions

Old version: Duquesne University is committed to attracting, retaining and developing a diverse faculty that reflects contemporary society, serves our academic mission and enriches our campus community. As a charter member of the Ohio, Western PA and West Virginia Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC), we encourage applications from members of underrepresented groups and support dual-career couples. Presentation at the Association for Women In Psychology Conference March 4, 2017; Milwaukee, WI Presented to feminist psychologists at our annual meeting
