  13. LeTSGEPs MISANU Establishment of GEP Working Group and Development of Engagement Strategy ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY FEED-BACK MISANU GEP WG is gender balanced, and currently consists of 4 male and 4 female members. To ensure the participation of relevant actors at all levels, WG includes the key representatives of top management: the Director of MISANU and the President of the Scientific Council, who are willing to support the WG activities. It will be proposed to the MISANU Scientific Committee to elaborate on the recognition of the engagement of employees in institutional reforms and capacity building, such as the introduction of GEP and GB, and to suggest to the responsible Ministry to consider this type of engagement in future evaluations of researchers work.

  14. LeTSGEPs MISANU Establishment of GEP Working Group and Development of Engagement Strategy CHALLENGES History Corner Our organization does not have experience and expertise among its employees in GE and GB. Moreover, MISANU cannot, currently, offer its GEP WG members other rewards and incentives than the opportunity to learn, take part in training, and participate in the change of culture in our RPO.
