Try to be more aware, look beyond and wonder how a team member may be feeling and offer support The fact that I became a nurse for a reason. Having a place out with the ward to reflect on practice and talk to someone impartially Being able to discuss with other co-workers Qs. What did you like least about sessions? Having to leave the ward when I had allocated patients Compassion fatigue is real, and recongnising it and asking for help and support is a good positive thing to do Qs. General comments or suggestions? Very good session. Would be good to have more Would like to look more into building personal resilience and how to protect myself

Sustainability: change & future practice & ward eportfolio champion on unit one to one sessions Increased use of eportfolio education & development (students) sessions for Band 6 & 7 benchmarking for collaboration with other clinical areas teaching on group reflective practice specific key issues
