Educational opportunities at the Recovery College support positive mental well-being through peer-led courses tackling worry, providing a safe and supportive environment to share experiences, learn coping mechanisms for anxiety and panic, and build resiliency. Participants engage in activities like the "Rose, Thorn, Bud" ice breaker to reflect on gratitude, struggles, and aspirations.
