Any education customer that purchases Lenovo Chromebooks, Laptops, Desktops, Servers or Windows tablets The bundle is only for education customers Customer receives the same amount of licenses as they purchased devices, Example: a school buys 25 Chromebooks, they receive 25 licenses of LanSchool What devices qualify for free license per purchased? Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, servers, and Windows tablets but NOT peripheral devices Who can receive the bundle? How many licenses does the customer get? How long do I get the license for Free? Runs for a year from date of creation in customer portal from fulfillment What happens if I have devices already in my district and need to manage them now after I have received the bundle of LanSchool? To manage devices that you already have you will need to purchase licenses for those devices. So in this example, a district has 3000 students, They just purchased 1000 new Lenovo Chromebooks. They get 1000 licenses for a year for the new devices, but what about the other 2000 devices they already have in place. They will need to purchase an additional 2000 licenses of LanSchool to be able to manage those additional devices. What is the difference between LanSchool Classic and LanSchool Air? LanSchool Classic is on-premise based which has been around for 32 years; LanSchool Air is cloud based; you get one or the other; great way to spin is they can use it when they get back to the real classroom or they can keep the Air version Which product do I receive when I purchase since there are two version? You can use both products. You may have a hybrid environment where you need some classrooms where devices need LanSchool locally installed (LanSchool Classic), and some other classrooms can support the cloud solution (LanSchool Air) Teacher devices don't need a license No cost for teacher device, only student devices What is the bundle fulfillment process The channel partner or end user can enter the information to fulfill their bundle request to activate their license. The process is completed at this site: https://lanschool.com/bundle-fulfillment-na The partner or end user must have their PO or invoice to show proof of purchase along with the customers information. Tech Support is included with the Subscription Tech support covers any assistance they have with the software for as long as your subscription is up to date, it does NOT cover training, implementation costs 5
