How should technology innovations be assessed? How should they be implemented and how can current and future services be improved?

  6. How do you want to learn about new and possible future services? How should we support staff to make best use of new services or technologies? Thinking of staff and students in 5 years time, what will their expectations be and how should we be planning now to meet to those?
