UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION SUPPORT FOR MULTIPLE LEARNING CONTENT FORMAT: Clique enables educators to create contents in various formats like Audio-Visual, Text- Based and Assessment. It also provide them with the tools to transform learning content to E-learning format. EASE OF USE: Clique is very intuitive and easy to use for educators and learners. COMMUNITY OF STUDENTS: Clique provides a platform for learners to collaborate and help each other. This encourages pair learning.

TRACTION Launching Minimum Viable Product(MVP) on the 2nd February 2020. Seeking minimum early adopters of 10 schools through target blogs and cold calls for signups. Currently on beta phase review with selected educators and training centers.

BUSSINESS MODEL Our customers access our solution through their internet enabled devices and have access to our offer and services. REVENUE MODEL Subscription plan: Customer pays 10,000 or 27,000 or 100,000 Naira per month depending on the package they choose. Enrollment into paid class: We charge 10%, 7%, 5% on very transaction when students enroll into paid class depending on the plan the customer providing the class is on. K-12 Education: Special discount and free plan usage for K-12 school and students.

GROWTH PLAN OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS Month 1: Acquire 5 early customers through pre-signup using target blogs and cold calls as a traction channel. Month 2: Grow the user base to 5% weekly and 20% monthly through one on one offline marketing as a traction channel. Month 3-6: Grow the user base to 10% weekly and 40% monthly through the combination of the channels above and social media(twitter, Facebook, and blogs) as traction channels.
