  4. CONCERNS Chaperones will be in cabins with students. Students will be separated by grade level in cabins. Students will not be mixed with other schools. The boy cabins are completely across a body of water from the girls.

  5. PARENT HANDBOOK Your child should have brought home a parent handbook that provides details of the trip.

  6. LUGGAGE: Children will need to carry all their belongings from the bus to the cabins (about 300 yards away). Please limit luggage to just one suitcase, backpack, or duffle bag, plus one sleeping bag or bed roll. Don t bring unnecessary items. Make sure all items are marked.

  7. PLEASE DO NOT BRING: Candy, gum, snacks, knives, weapons of any kind, fireworks, radios, TV s, electronic games, cell phones, or animals. Please don t bring nice clothing/shoes only old clothes should be brought, as new clothes will be ruined by heavy outdoor use! Students are not permitted to bring their own sports equipment, and in the event they do, Camp Leopold is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

  8. DEPARTURE Arrive at the school by 7:30am on the morning of departure. Students will be offered school breakfast after checking in their baggage. Parents are asked to park across the street or in the side visitor parking lot to unload luggage if they are getting out. If you are just dropping off, go through the car line. Do not block the bus circle.

  10. FOOD Please do not send your child with food, chewing gum, or candy. We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, as well as snacks during your child s stay at Camp Leopold. Food in suitcases and in the cabins will attract unwanted visitors. Food from home can cause hard feelings among the other campers and will make living conditions unhealthy for the Camp Leopold Staff and Chaperones. If your child has dietary restrictions and plans to bring food from home, please contact the Camp Leopold Director.

  11. MEDICATIONS Ms. Webb and Ms. Williams are responsible for managing all medication(s). Medications must be given to Nurse Shedd prior to camp arrival. Students are not permitted to keep medications with them while at Camp Leopold. All medication will be stored in a locked container unless being administered by appointed school staff

  12. RETURNING HOME Students will leave Camp around 12. They will have lunch before leaving camp. Students estimated arrival time will be 3:00pm Parents please park in the Young s Park parking lot for pick and unloading.
