  1. WALT: design a model Tudor house

  2. Design Last lesson we learnt about what a Tudor house looks like. This lesson we will design a model of a Tudor house.

  4. Design We will need to think of a few things as part of the design process for our model. Questions to think about. What will you need to do first, next, then, finally etc? How the buildings were made? How will you fix your materials together? How will you create the Tudor effect?

  5. Activity Draw a picture of a design for a model of a Tudor house. Use the information about Tudor houses from last lesson to help you.

  6. Activity Label your picture with what you will need to use to make your designed model Tudor house. Think about things you have in the house that You would be allowed to use. E.g. cardboard, Paper, tape, glue, old plastic bottles, lollypop sticks, paint etc.

  7. Making your model. Over the two days, or whenever you have the time. Use your design to help make your model of a Tudor house. You can change the design as you go if you experience problems or think of a better design whilst you are making it. The important thing is to use your knowledge of a Tudor house to make it and also to have fun!
