In the HB4212 Technical Workgroup Tiger Team Meeting, participants discussed integrating REALD/HRSA crosswalk into workflows and identified new topics to address. Objectives included wrapping up UDS crosswalk, exploring REALD alignment areas, and aligning with federal reporting categories. The team also shared challenges, successes, and upcoming tasks. Meeting Objectives 1. Wrap up UDS crosswalk 2. Discover other REALD alignment areas for the Tiger Team Language CDC list for Race and Ethnicity 3
Tiger Team Work Cross-walking REALD to OMB categories for federal reporting (namely UDS) Data Data Collecting REALD questions in a way that aligns with collection requirements for HRSA/UDS reporting Workflow Workflow Addressing gaps where national standards may not easily rollup to REALD Standards Standards

Other Alignment Areas to Tackle 1. CDC Race List (CEHRT standard) does not contain Somali or Slavic - is this a concern for your organization? What questions are you wrestling with? 2. Language Are you mapping questions 4a, 4b, and 4c to a list of languages (e.g., ISO 639-2)? How is that going? What questions do you have?
