Mohamed T. Madi, Interim Dean at UAEU, shares insights into the crucial role of mentors in the accreditation journey for educational institutions. Mentors guide schools through the initial self-assessment stages, providing advice, feedback, and recommendations to improve standards and processes. The relationship between mentors and schools is built on mutual respect, transparency, and teamwork. As the journey progresses, mentors hand over to the PRT Chair for the final stages of accreditation.
