South Cobb Eagles Football Parent Meeting Platinum and Gold Levels of Sponsorship will significantly reduce player fees Player Fees: $400 for Varsity and JV Players

South Cobb Eagles Football Parent Meeting Athletes MUST be passing all classes in order to participate in Spring Football Athletes MUST have passed 3 out of 4 classes in the Fall Semester in order to participate in Spring Football
South Cobb Eagles Football Parent Meeting Booster Club Officers
Iron Eagle Football Booster Club Officers President: Heads all general booster club meetings; has supervision over the Iron Eagle Football Booster Club. Executive Vice President: Actively assists the President; helps organize GAME DAYS; works w/ Treasurer and President to maintain BUDGET. Secretary: Keeps record of all general/board meetings; responsible for all booster club business.
Treasurer: Prepares, presents, maintains the budget approved by the Executive Board; keeps record of all money acquired and spent by the booster club. VP for Concessions: Responsible for the sale of concessions at games; coordinates with parents to staff these events. VP for Communication: Communicates with general membership and parents; works closely with team moms to coordinate end-of-year banquets.
VP for Fundraising: Responsible for corporate sponsorships, meal sponsorships, and all marketing for the Iron Eagle Football Booster Club. VP for Membership: Responsible for all activities concerning the acquisition members; will coordinate all season ticket sales. VP for Alumni/Public Relations: Responsible for the maintenance of the Football Website; will distribute information to past players and their families.

SUNDAY 2:00 PM HFC meets w/ OC and DC 3:00 PM Full Staff Meeting 5:00 PM Film Session w/ 1s and 2s 7:00 PM COACHES FED BY THE BOOSTER CLUB We are there until we finish!!!
MONDAY 3:50 to 6:10 PM Practice in FULL PADS - PHYSICAL/MENTAL CORRECTIONS - MOST PHYSICAL PRACTICE OF WEEK - BEGIN WEEKLY INSTALL - OFFENSIVE FILM @ 5:25 - DEFENSIVE INSTALL ON FIELD @ 5:25 POST PRACTICE Position Group takes care Locker Room: Removes Trash, Sweeps, and Flushes Toilets
TUESDAY 3:50 to 6:10 PM Practice in FULL PADS - FINISH INSTALL - BEST ON BEST - PREP JV FOR WEEKLY OPPONENT - TEMPO: FULL-THROTTLE POST PRACTICE Weekly Position Group takes care Locker Room: Removes Trash, Sweeps, and Flushes Toilets.
TUESDAY (cont.) 6:35 to 8:00 PM Defensive Film in MAGNET BUILDING - 1s and 2s Report - Weekly Opponent Scouting Report - Watch Weekly Opponent s Game Film - Watch Tuesday s Defensive Team Practice Film PIZZA AND GATORADE IS PROVIDED BY THE BOOSTER CLUB. Shey Smith delivers 17 hot pizzas from Little Caesar s every Tuesday, so that all participating players are fed.
WEDNESDAY 3:50 to 6:00 PM Practice in SHELLS - FINAL EDIT FOR GAME PLAN - CONTINUE TO PREP JV - TEMPO: THUD POST PRACTICE Weekly Position Groups take care Locker Room: Heavy Cleaning Day.
THURSDAY 3:50 to 5:00 PM Walk-Thru in SHIMMELS - ALL 3 PHASES SCRIPTED - TEMPO: 2-HAND TAG 4:35 to 5:00 PM JV TEAM MEAL PROVIDED BY THE BOOSTER CLUB 4 to 6 Members serve 45 50 players POST PRACTICE Weekly Position Groups take care Locker Room: Removes Trash, Sweeps, Flushes Toilets
THURSDAY (cont.) AWAY GAMES Players load the bus after dinner. HOME GAMES Seniors do Field Set-up THE BOOSTER CLUB DOES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: - 4 members work the concession stand - 3 members work the 1stdown chains/marker - 1 member announces - 1 member does referee hospitality
FRIDAY 9:20 AM 1ST Period Weight Training sets up the entire field (yard markers; fg pads; tents; tables; etc.) 4:35 to 5:10 PM VARSITY TEAM MEAL PROVIDED BY A LOCAL CHURCH 4 6 BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERS SERVE OVER 110 TEAM MEMBERS
FRIDAY (cont.) 5:20 to 7:30 PM There are a lot of moving parts THE BOOSTER CLUB HELPS WITH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: - 6 to 8 members help set up and run the parking lot - 6 to 8 members help set up and run concessions - 3 members hold the 1stdown chains/marker - 1 member announces - 1 member sets up/breaks down hospitality for referees - 3 members are on stand-by in case something happens
THATS 87 VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR A JV AND VARSITY HOME GAME WEEK!
