INTRODUCTION Research on the background of efforts by schools to improve the quality of education in schools, in accordance with Government Rule No. 19 of 2005 on National Standards of Education Based on these gaps, schools must identify and evaluate performance during this time in order for the quality of the school to improve in the later life. By identifying the programs that have been implemented, the school will develop a work plan program prepared for the long-term program implementation guide. The ideal condition expected in a school, especially SDN 2 Plered Plered Sub-district, is the implementation of education services that can meet the requirements of the National Standard of Education (SNP). However, the current conditions experienced are still not able to meet what is needed. Of the 8 standards that have been set, none of them can be met. Each standard still has components that need to be improved and developed to achieve national standards.

  3. RESEARCH METHODE Qualitatively exploratory research methode. This research is located at SDN 2 Plered related to the planned school program. Analysis of data conducted through the process of internal and external environmental analysis with respect to existing strengths and weaknesses. The analysis takes into account the results of school evaluations along with stakeholders such as teacher councils, school committees and UPTD elements.

RESULTS OF DISCUSSION The implementation of education will run effectively and efficiently and directed if the strategic planning process is good. programs and planning should be organized gradually and hierarchically. Therefore, it is necessary to understand in advance that strategic planning is to know in advance the real condition experienced by the school. Improvement efforts to achieve quality education not only meet input and output aspects, but more importantly aspects of the process, namely decision making, program management, institutional management process, teaching learning process and monitoring and evaluation process with the note that the teaching learning process has the highest level of interest compared to other processes.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS As a result of the research, SDN 2 Plered has an analysis of strategies and quality recommendations for improving national standards of education in the following ways: 1. Content Development & Learning Process 2. Graduate Competency Development 3. Development of Educators And Education 4. Development of Facilities and Infrastructure 5. Management Development 6. Financing Development 7. Assessment Development 8. Improved Quality of Content Standards 9. Improved Quality of Process Standards 10. Quality Improvement of Graduation Standards From the above aspects, the principal should pay attention to how the strategy plan is set out in the time and circumstances that allow it to be done continuously and sustainably by optimizing the ability of teachers and students to improve the quality of the school in accordance with the national standards of education.

  6. CONCLUSSION The implementation of quality oriented education and improving the quality of human resources of students is a mandate of the Law that must be implemented by the education unit. The implementation of quality education requires careful and systematic planning and has the perspective "tomorrow must be better than now Know that every school has advantages on the one hand and has flaws on the other. Therefore, schools must continue to monitor and evaluate at all times gradually and periodically so that the strategic planning of the school can run to the maximum and can improve the quality of school services to the community
