  1. The Future of JC Football Maricopa County Community College District is eliminating football after this fall: Scottsdale CC, Mesa CC, Phoenix College, Glendale CC

  2. Do You Want to See Football Remain in Our Schools? (All Athletics?) Should Football become a Club Sport?

  3. Are you concerned about the future of our sport (in schools)? 4 Maricopa County Community Colleges are eliminating football after 2018 season. Negative publicity due to injuries, especially head injuries. CTE Insurance Costs. Negative publicity due to National Anthem controversy. Factions in our schools that are opposed to athletics.

  4. What do you want your players to Love about their football experience? Read Coach Martel s Manifesto!

We Need to be able to justify Football as a Positive Academic Experience A socially acceptable outlet for aggression in young males Opportunity to teach young men how to treat others on the field & off the field Learn how to make a Commitment to something greater than ourselves Being a part of a Team Being a part of a Family Willing to Sacrifice for the good of all Learn self-discipline Learn teamwork Learn accountability Develop Work Ethic

Get Involved Inform Parents Inform Other Coaches Inform Athletic Directors Donate to a supportive candidate Put a Candidate s sign in your yard Invite me to speak to your parent groups Have your former JC athletes tell their stories send me a brief email on their experience/speak to the Governing Board

  9. MARICOPA COUNTY CC DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD: 4 Spots Available There are 7 Governing Board Positions; 5 Districts & 2 At-Large Positions Governing Board chooses the Chancellor There are 4 Open Positions this Fall Election District 3 District 4 District 5 At Large: entire Maricopa County

  10. GOAL: Flip the Governing Board District 3: Vote for District 4: Vote for Stan Arterberry District 5: Vote for Augustine Bartning At Large: Vote for Roc Arnett
