SUSS will follow travel advisory to determine whether the programme is conducted overseas or locally. 2 Are there CCAs in SUSS? Students may be involved in SUSS Competition Groups to enhance their college experience. They can also initiate interest groups and campus projects to promote campus life. 3 What is e-portfolio? SUSS uses Portfolium as an e-portfolio platform to help our students document and showcase their learning and achievements. A life-long account, this is a developmental tool for self-actualisation and lifelong learning. 4 What are the available overseas programmes? 9. FAQ S/N Question Answer 6 What is Community Engagement (CE) and how does a student fulfil this requirement? CE is conceived as an integral part of SUSS's learning ecology and as a process to empower students to further develop and act on their sense of social responsibility, grounded in real-world ideas and practices to contribute meaningfully to society. For more information on how to fulfil this requirement, please visit this website. 7 What is Work Attachment (WA) and how does a student fulfil this requirement? WA helps our students make connections between academic studies and the realities and requirements of the working world through a supervised work placement with a Host Organisation. The duration of the WA should be at least 24 weeks, and can be conducted locally or overseas. For more information on how to fulfil this requirement, please visit this website. 9
