Outcome indicator: Human Development Index HDI measures three basic dimensions of human development: long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. The WCG approach to Wellbeing: Adopting a life-course approach 4. Meeting basic needs & protecting human rights: Access to basic services & shelter. 3. Building social cohesion & service: Building a culture of citizenship, service & community - with a focus on youth, volunteerism, safety & jobs. 2. Increased wellbeing: Physical, emotional & spiritual - nutrition, exercise & psycho-social support for children of school-going age. 1. Strong foundations: Improving nutrition, responsive caregiving & opportunities for early learning in the 1st 1000 days & in ECD.
