What is an accident what is a service-related illness Accident Service-related illness A sudden and unexpected event that occurs due to external factors and causes injury or illness Any injury or illness that has likely been caused by the service Any injury or illness that has likely been exacerbated by the service compensated for a maximum of six months after the service has ended Insurance cover is valid 24/7 during your service 09/28/2024 State Treasury Compensation Services

Notification concerning a military accident or service disease https://asiointipalvelu.valtiokonttori.fi/sotilastapaturmat Choose the language in the upper right corner of the service. If you had an accident or got ill during your service, you may apply for compensation from the State Treasury. The application form functions best on the following browsers: Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge (newest versions). Information needed to fill in the notification Conscript s online banking credentials or mobile certificate Attachments related to the accident/service-related illness or patient documents from the My Kanta service The attachments must be saved in .txt, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .odt, .ods, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg or .png format. The maximum file size is 10 MB. You can add multiple files at once. Instructions on searching for patient documents in the My Kanta service Telephone number and e-mail address so that the claims processor can contact the applicant The start and end date of your service/estimated date of suspension Information concerning the accident or service disease (supported by an accident report): where it happened and when, description of the accident Bank account number (IBAN i.e. FIXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX) If some information is missing, you can suspend the form filling process and return to it later (within six months) 09/28/2024 State Treasury Compensation Services
