Optional Field Manager New in 2017 Installs like a windows program (can also be launched from Sage 300 desktop) Connects to SQL database Delete Optional Fields Selected Optional Fields are deleted from all tables Option to Delete the Optional field from Common Services If the Optional field is in use by a 3rd party product the deletion will not take place Note- this is only for Master File and Set up Tables NOT for Transaction tables

Optional Field Manager New in 2017 Add Optional Field Values Will populate a default value for a new Optional field Note this will not override any existing values it will ONLY add a value to empty optional fields When you choose an optional field to populate a list of all tables that have that Optional field will be displayed Note- this is only for Master File and Set up Tables NOT for Transaction tables
