What is cybercrime? A cybercrime is also known as a computer crime, Cybercrime refers to any illegal behavior that uses a computer, networked device, or a network, As technology advances sensitive information such as credit card information, criminals progressively attempt to steal that information, which is why cybercrime is becoming more of a threat to people.

Consequences of cybercrime There are different prison sentences depending on the seriousness of your cybercrime, If First-degree crime: 10-20 years in prison and up to $200,000 in fines If getting caught doing cybercrimes, then.. If Fourth-degree crime: Up to 18 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines If Third-degree crime: 3-5 years in prison and up to $15,000 in fines If Second-degree crime: 5-10 years in prison and up to $150,000 in fines
