  3. Milestone Dates Receive pre-implementation data collection across all implementation sites. This includes trauma patient admissions, demographics, injury characteristics, length of stay, outcomes, complications, VTE events (from trauma registries) and VTE missed doses from EHR. Complete data collection of number of nurses educated at each site. This includes number of nurses assigned to be trained at each site as well as the percentage that complete training.
