  2. What is Cohort? New supervisors and managers who have not taken the required DOP-P18 (I-III) courses are eligible to apply for the 2018 Cohort Program. Successful applicants move through the required courses as one group over the course of the 2018 year. In addition, participants are eligible to receive one-on-one coaching and support from OHRD s Training and Development staff. Interested applicants must: (1) Complete a Cohort Application Form (2) Attach a letter of support from his/her supervisor Visit www.personnel.wv.gov/OHRD/Learning for additional information and resources.

  3. What are the benefits? Fosters relationship building with supervisors/managers from different agencies. Leverage diverse experiences and backgrounds to develop solutions to complex problems that might not be possible from an individual. Going through classes in the correct order helps with learning and retention. Participants also have extended access to DOP-OHRD staff for feedback, support, and more formal coaching and consulting.
