4. - Executive Board is required to meet at least monthly. - Regular Membership is required to meet at least twice per year, or three times if bylaws are to be revised: - 1stmeeting to present annual operating budget for approval and, if applicable, propose bylaw revisions to start the required 30-day notice - if needed, 2ndmeeting will be to approve bylaw revisions, unless waiver approved - 2nd or3rdmeeting must be held each December to elect Executive Board for following year. April 8th Regular Membership Meeting (rescheduled from March 25th) April 29th Regular Booster Membership Meeting at Oneka Elementary (in cafeteria) May 1st Gertens Flower Fundraiser Distribution Day - Podvin Park SignUp Genius sent via email May 5th Cub Meadowlands Bagging Fundraiser SignUp Genius sent via email May 22nd Coach Bartlett Welcome Meetings (two separate sessions incoming 10th-12th at 6pm then incoming 9th at 7:30pm) May 28th Regular Booster Membership Meeting June 4th Incoming 10th-12th Equipment Handout at South June 7th to 9th help coaches move football equipment from South to North June 10th Summer Weights 7am 8:15am for incoming 10th-12th and 8:15m to 9:15am for incoming 9th June 10th Summer Practices 8:45am to 9:45am for incoming 10th-12th only July 19th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Oak Glen need prize donations August 11th Midnight Madness August 12th Training Camp two-a-day practices begin August 16th Lifetouch Team Photo Day NO re-takes will be available, including for senior banners August 20th Potluck Dinner and Team Preview Night August 29th Varsity Season Opener at New Stadium
