Bylaws Amendment ARTICLE IX SPECIAL PROVISIONS Section 1 Snowmobile: A 1995 Polaris Indy Trail Delux (VIN 2471845) and trailer was purchased with the organization s funds ($1000) in November 2017. The snowmobile will be registered, permitted, and insured by the organization for the sole purpose of serving the needs of the PWER Nordic Ski team. Only necessary booster members and coaches will be authorized to use the snowmobile. The organization will pay for all expenses related to owning the snowmobile, including registering, permitting, insuring, storing, maintaining, repairing, and disposing. One booster member is required each year to assume ownership of the snowmobile and trailer on behalf of the organization for purposes of registration, permitting, and insurance. If no board member is willing to assume ownership, then the snowmobile must be stored and not used until ownership can be assigned. If the organization no longer wants to keep the snowmobile, then it should be sold under terms agreed to by the board with all proceeds being returned to the organization.

  4. Booster Highlights & Information What do we do?
