  1. Who are we? Unique Auto Sales was established in 2008 by Justin Campbell. Unique Auto Sales grew sales over the years and now runs an average of 1200 units through wholesale channels monthly We are now forming an inventory sourcing division to help you fulfill your inventory needs With over 100 years of buying experience on multiple platforms we are confident we can help your dealership achieve greater success Frank Knox 20 years Bobbie Buckley 21years Bruce Mann 28 years

  2. Where do we source inventory- Our team is well- versed on many platforms Brick and Mortar Auctions Manheim, Adesa, AAA, DAA, KMX and Independent Sales Online Static Platforms- ACV, Backlot Cars, OVE, SmartAuction Rental Car Companies- Hertz, Avis, Sixt, Enterprise, and Midway Auto Group

  3. How it works.. UAS will schedule a kickoff call to review your volume needs, standards, model year parameters, and make/model parameters Once we have received your shopping list, we will develop a buy strategy and determine what platforms we will source to fulfill your needs Buyers preview inventory daily to ensure we are finding the best inventory throughout the country. The goal is to buy the right car at the right price on the right platform You will receive a recap of purchases made at the end of the week. At your request one on one conversations can be scheduled

  4. What does UAS need from your team? A DETAILED YOUR DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO ALL BUYING PLATFORMS YOUR DEALERSHIP WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A BUY PLAN TO UAS. YOUR PLAN SHOULD INCLUDE ANY SPECIFIC GUIDANCE YOU FEEL WILL PUT YOU IN THE BEST POSITION TO SUCCEED IF WE ARE BUYING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE INVENTORY MIX INSTRUCTIONS ON A DAILY BASIS ONCE INVENTORY ARRIVES, WE ASK THAT YOU INSPECT ALL UNITS WITHIN 72 HOURS. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR A HIGH RATE OF SUCCESS SHOULD WE NEED TO ARBITRATE THE VEHICLE EXPLANATION OF YOUR MARKET AND STANDARDS

  5. What happens after the purchase? UAS will arrange transportation so that vehicles are delivered to your location in a timely fashion At the end of every week on Friday you will receive an invoice for all units purchased Saturday Friday. You will receive a weekly market recap regarding the units purchased Once your cars are grounded you will need to conduct an inspection within 72 hours to ensure the car matches the CR. If an arbitration needs to be submitted, please email Frank Knox immediately so the arbitration process can be started

One less thing to worry about allows for free time to train sales associates, follow up on outstanding deals, and even spend time digging into reports. Leverage the UAS buying team for real time market data to make decisions to enhance your appraisal lane business

  7. What next? Once you have decided that you want UAS to assist your dealership with buying you will need to review, sign and return the UAS purchase agreement After the agreement is signed and returned the UAS team will schedule a kickoff/introduction call with the stakeholders Review the UAS Acquisition Checklist to familiarize yourself with the process
